Work from home opportunity, must live in Arizona!

Telehealth support line Customer Service Rep:

  • Taking calls from members who need to schedule telehealth visit or have a televist appt and need assistance getting technology set up Mainly walking through app download and setup (video/audio options)
  • The support would be a mix of scheduling and tech support, we are expanding our support so I would say 90/10 split (tech support/rescheduling)

Telehealth support line Customer Service Rep Requirements:
We are looking for candidates that have Strong customer service/soft skills (patience, compassionate) and are Tech savvy as they will be providing tier 1 IT support - cell phones, tablets, computers.

- High School Diploma or GED

- Open availability Monday-Saturday

- Quiet space to work from home with own high-speed internet
