Job Description: CSRs to support our telehealth support line
- Taking calls from members who need to schedule telehealth visit or have a televist appt and need assistance getting technology set up
- The support would be a mix of scheduling and tech support, we are expanding our support so I would say 90/10 split (tech support/rescheduling)
- We are looking for candidates that have Strong customer service/soft skills (patience, compassionate) and are Tech saavy as they will be providing tier 1 IT support - cell phones, tablets, computers.
***Schedule: need them to be available to work any 8.5 hour shift between M-F (5a -7p) and Saturday (6am-5pm)
