Job Opening:

  • This individual will be working at a Healthcare and Clinical Organization supporting a large high-volume clinic as a Telehealth Coordinator!
  • ****Must be a registered nurse/ licensed-practical nurse DC******
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • This person will be on the phone with patients most of the day
  • They will be working in Medconnect and IDX to update patient information and navigate their care with them in the system
  • They will be asking about their needs, do they have any medication changes they need to update in the system, any of the follow up care they need information from their providers on, etc.
  • They will also be returning any messages that are coming in to make sure the patients get their follow up
  • Wants an individual who is autonomous, takes direction well, and is there to work and make things happen
  • He will take a variety of experience
  • Ensures professional, compassionate training, and quality customer service to patients and families via phone and virtual interactions
  • Maintain and coordinate all training case documentation including: pre-training check list and training report.
  • Complies with regulatory requirements, patient safety requirements, infection control practices, and other established practice standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieves customer service excellence by understanding needs of all customers
  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job to ensure appropriate maintenance of all privacy related issues.
  • Administration via injection or device
  • Information regarding Patient Support Program
  • Hours = flexible between 8:30-5pm (8 hour shifts)
  • Hours 40 per week. This is a full time, long term contract to hire opportunity with a competitive salary.
