You will be helping our clients on a telehealth/telemedicine COVID- 19 Relief program involving shipping patients COVID-19 testing kits and Flu medication. Your role in this program will be to make inbound and outbound calls to help patients enroll in the program and answer any patient related questions that come up.

  • With our internal tools, salesforce and talkdesk responding to all customer inquiries and providing the most adequate resolution for them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners as well as internal team
  • First line for answering phone calls
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Interact with various other partners to help troubleshoot orders
  • Courteously respond to telephone calls from customers/insurance/patients etc, routing them, if needed, to the appropriate department
