A reputable and growing mental health services company is seeking a Behavioral Health Services Director to lead their expanding outpatient services program. The Behavioral Health Services Director will work at a stand alone Behavioral Health Hospital located in the gorgeous Puget Sound. This 110 bed facility offers intensive inpatient psychiatric services and outpatient mental health services.
The Behavioral Health Services Director will utilize their experience as a mental health therapist to develop program policies, procedures and frame works for long term success. As this psychiatric facility currently offers care for adults, the senior leadership hopes to expand services to include geriatrics and younger patients in the future. An experienced mental health director that is flexible and understands tele-health will feel comfortable assuming this role during a time of consistent change due to remote work and group therapy being performed via tele-health. The Behavioral Health Services Director will lead program therapist that work both one-on-one with patients and that provide group therapy sessions with up to 12 participants.
This growing mental health services organization is opening new facilities throughout the country and joining there leadership team now will provide room for career growth into regional leadership positions. This multi-faceted team of mental health professionals is comprised of Psychiatrists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).
